One question is constantly on our minds here at Headlight: How's work, and how do we make it better?
For you, for me, for everyone. But great results don't come out of nowhere; they require foresight and commitment, so we took to the streets and asked Copenhagen pedestrians about their plans and professional goals for 2021. From "normal days" to "freedom and flexibility" and "to continue the fortunate success of 2020", this is a mosaic of their ambitions.
What are your work goals for 2021?
To continue learning new things, to have variation and responsibility.
What do you want more of in your career in 2021?
Clearly defined assignments. Days with lots of variety. Good colleagues.

To continue having new ideas.

Scale, platform, heights.

A new job. Film or literature, a movie theatre or a book store.

More challenges. Something I care about doing.
